+ What are printable downloads?
Put simply, it's art that you can download and print yourself. This means you have total freedom when it comes to choosing the size, the paper (or 'stock') you print to and the style of the frame it sits within. This flexibility allows you to get high quality art on your walls, to whatever spec your budget will stretch to!
+ How does it work?
The process is quick and painless;
1. Browse, choose and purchase your art, making sure to take advantage of the latest discount codes where applicable.
2. Once the order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your files (you may need to check spam/junk folders if you can't find the email, or get in touch if you get stuck!).
3. Once downloaded, pick the right size image that corresponds to the size you'd like to print. Our handy PDF guide will help when trying to work out which file you need to use, or use our size guide for quick reference.
4. The most important step; once you've found a home for it, don't forget to stop your art every time you walk past it!

+ Where can I print my art once I've downloaded it?
Most folks will have a standard desktop inkjet printer at home, that is capable of giving decent results when combined with the right stock (such as a gloss photo paper sold in most supermarkets). This is a great solution up to a certain size.
Often once you go beyond A3 size, you'll want to either look to a local print shop, or find a company online that specialises in printing. Local print shops give the advantage of being able to choose your stock in-person - a heavyweight matte paper is a great choice. Whereas shopping online gives you more opportunity to find a good deal that suits your budget. Online services may also offer more unique printing opportunities such as on canvas, wood or metal.
Shipped Prints
+ How long before I receive my print?
We aim to print and despatch within a few days of an order being placed. We use the quickest untracked postal service available to us - UK delivery tends to be the next day (from when it was despatched), whereas delivery times abroad can depend on where in the world we are shipping to. You'll be updated via email when your order is despatched, but if you have any concerns about how long the order is taking, just
get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship globally. Rates are calculated and displayed during checkout, but as always, just ask if you have any issues choosing your delivery destination.
+ What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a refund on shipped prints, provided the print is returned to us in a reusable condition. If for any reason your print arrives damaged, we will investigate each case on an individual basis (photos will help us here). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on printable download products.
